Peecho orders

How multi-item orders work, and the journey an order takes from creation to delivery.

Peecho orders support multiple items as long as they can be fulfilled by the same production facility. This is usually the case for products from the same category. However, you can check if different products can be grouped by using the Quote endpoint (inside the check products/offerings endpoint). This will return the products that can be ordered together and the ones that need to be quoted and ordered separately.

Creating an order can be done using a single API request when supplying all relevant information. After being created, an API order remains in Open state. In this state, you can still update details like the address and print files until you pay for the order. Once paid, Peecho will process the order, prepare the items for production and submit the order to one of our print facilities.

When the printed products are packaged, the printer creates the shipment label and hands it to the carrier that will take care of delivery.
