Item status
The statuses an individual item within an order can have during processing.
Each item within an order has its own item status, which reflects the current stage of the item in its processing lifecycle.
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
AWAITING_PAYMENT | The order has been created but not yet paid. |
PENDING_COMPLETION | The item is waiting for files (applies to asynchronous orders created without files). |
PING_BACK_ERROR | An error occurred while sending a pingback to your service. |
QUEUED_FOR_PROCESSING | The file has been queued for processing. |
CHECK_PROCESSING_ERROR | There was an issue processing the file. Peecho will review the issue and contact you if necessary. |
PROCESSING | The file is currently being processed. |
PROCESSED | The file was successfully processed. It will either be moderated (by you or Peecho) or sent directly to the printer. |
CHECK_ITEM | The file requires moderation due to an issue. Review is needed by support or your team. |
HOLD_ITEM_CHECK | The item is on hold and awaiting a client response. |
PRINT_READY | The file was processed successfully and is ready for production. |
