Peecho is looking for an experienced sales director for our office in the centre of Amsterdam. Next to sourcing and closing new accounts you’ll be responsible for managing the sales team and acting as a trusted advisor for key accounts.
Sales: you will start and follow up conversations with interesting new potential clients, being start- and scale-ups all over the world, and get them to commit and integrate with our platform.
Account management: act as trusted partner for large accounts. You will make sure they generate maximum value from their print offering.
Lead generation: you will take a critical look at past efforts and provide guidance in creating a lead engine for interesting customer segments, both inbound and outbound leads.
Team management: you will manage the sales / busdev team

- A natural networker in international B2B (or better even B2B2C) sales, specifically to start-ups and scale-ups. Having an existing network with international startups and investors is a big plus
- Experience in start-ups and scale-ups: aware of what it takes to scale something up
- Pragmatic / hands-on/ growth hacking mentality. Start small, if it works, scale it
- Fit with the team, the right type of energy is key
