Martijn Groot brings a history of successful online and offline experience in commercial sales and startups to his role as CEO of Peecho, a free service that allows anyone to sell their digital content as a physical product. He is responsible for the execution of the company strategy, sales and marketing, external relations and investor relations.

Prior to founding Peecho, Groot was Commercial Director and led all B2C marketing and sales for AlbumPrinter, the first European company to offer a fully integrated end-to-end solution that enables consumers to create hardcover photo books and other photo products using their own digital images. The company grew by over 22,000% during its first five years and was acquired by Vistaprint for € 65M in 2011.
Before AlbumPrinter, Groot spent nearly eight years working within The Kinnevik Group in a variety of roles including: Manager of Partner Sales for Tele2, where he managed a team of 22 and was responsible for indirect sales at an annual budget of $euro; 30M. He also launched their first MVNO in The Netherlands, and played a significant role in growing the customer base from 30K to over 300K in just over 18 months.
Groot holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing from the Avans Hogeschool, the international business school located in Breda, The Netherlands. He loves running, kite-surfing and spending time with his family.
Sander Nagtegaal brings a history of successful experience in IT leadership and start-ups to his role as CTO of Peecho - a free service that allows anyone to sell their digital content as a physical product. He is responsible for the execution of the company strategy, product technology, external relations and investor relations.

Prior to founding Peecho, Nagtegaal was Chief Architect for AlbumPrinter where he was responsible for IT vision, strategy, innovation and business development of everything from consumer software to plant automation. He led a team of over 30 developers and architects, including an outsourced team in India using a distributed SCRUM approach. AlbumPrinter was launching customer for Amazon Web Services in Europe. The company grew by over 22,000% during its first five years and was acquired by Vistaprint for € 65M in 2011.
Previously, Nagtegaal founded and led Centrical, a firm focused on IT architectures, technical management and strategy that counted Akzo Nobel, UMC, Hogeschool Utrecht, HKZ, AlbumPrinter, Evident Interactive and others among its clients.
Nagtegaal holds a Masters of Science degree in geophysics from the University of Utrecht. In his spare time, he teaches Kung Fu and practices Savate, kick-boxing and MMA just for the fun of it.
