Peecho is a free service that allows anyone to sell professionally printed products from their application or website, making a profit with every sale. It's as simple as a Facebook Like: sign up, get your print button code and embed it in your website. Now, your visitors can buy your digital publications as photo books, reports, magazines, canvas prints and more. And there is an API, too.
Using the print button or the API, you can monetize your digital publications and photos by selling it to your visitors as tangible products - straight from your own website!
Our print platform is the intermediary between your application and only the best print facilities in the world. We facilitate ordering, payment, production and shipping. You may set your own price on top of our catalogue prices, so you can make money on every sale. You can consider us a giant print facility in the sky.
The whole idea: eventually, any prints from virtual data through Peecho should be produced locally - as close to the recipient as possible. This is not only cheaper, but also results in the smallest ecological footprint.
Sure, but do you really want to? We think you should be able to focus on your primary business instead. Just to let you know, starting your own print business has the following caveats.
Peecho takes all of this out of your hands - as a free service, without minimum volumes or contracts.
We offer photo books, magazines and more. You can find more information here.
For now, the print button is available for PDF documents and all sorts of images. For all other source data (like text and images combined), you may use the API. Contact us.
In your button code or in the API call, you need to tell us the width and height of your document. Based on this size, our print button system recommends the right products for your customers. For the nitty-gritty, check the rules for sizing here.
The check-out module of the Print Button is multi-language, including the confirmations emails. We are starting with the following languages.
Ask us if you would like another to be added. Orders can be in any language, even Chinese and such. Note: the Peecho administration is English only.
For the button, just sign up. Using the API requires contact with one of our sales reps.
Once you have received your button code or the confirmation mail, you can log in to Peecho. Any order that is placed through your button can be seen and tracked through the process there.
Peecho does not allow content to be submitted that goes against the law in The Netherlands, your own current location, the country of the referrer or the country of the recipient. We moderate the content as much as possible. If we find illegal things going on, we will inform the authorities.
You can find our terms and conditions here.
Using your email address and password, you can log on to the Peecho admin interface. There, you can add a margin on top of our normal prices. Also, you can supply your bank account information there. Once the cumulative amount of your margins gets over a hundred Euro, we will transfer your profit to you. Every month.
Product prices can be found in the catalogue.
Shipping prices vary per product and per destination country. We try to continuously add more facilities all over the world, so the shipping prices may change quickly. However, both the check-out module and quote API will always serve the latest shipping prices.
As a merchant, you grant Peecho a license to print and sell your documents. So technically, the final products will be sold from The Netherlands by Peecho, even though the actual factories may be in another country. As a result, Peecho will fulfill the VAT obligations in The Netherlands, so you don't have to. In short, merchants do not have to register for VAT purposes in the EU.
If you choose to use your own payment service in conjunction with our API, then it might be more complicated. In that case, we are a supplier to you and the normal rules for suppliers apply - there are several material and formal VAT obligations in The Netherlands, like an obligatory VAT registration and VAT reporting. This may lead to additional administrative costs. In general, we advise to let us handle the payment instead.
By the way, for hardcover books, paperbacks and magazines, the Dutch VAT rate is only 6 percent. The rest comes in at 19 percent.
We support 18 different currencies: USD, JPY, BGN, CZK, DKK, ILS, GBP, HUF, LTL, LVL, PLN, RON, SEK, CHF, NOK, HRK, RUB, TRY, AUD, BRL, CAD, CNY, HKD, IDR, INR, KRW, MXN, MYR, NZD, PHP, SGD, THB, ZAR.
